Once an order has been placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking information.

At the minute I do not offer returns. I am convinced my products are described and photographed to standard and accuracy. Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of items are to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your EU delivery to be shipped. International orders can take 2 weeks +.

Once your order has been placed, please email me straight away with your order number to amend. I will contact you to let you know if this is possible.

In the event of an item arriving damaged or defective, please send me an e-mail with photos of the damaged item(s). I will refund any item arriving damaged - as I believe in packaging them securely.
